Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a clear and protective Return & Refund Policy for both customers and the business.
General Policy
Returns are only accepted for products that meet the conditions outlined below.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.
All items must be purchased directly from Zewalt Store’s official website.
Return Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used products
Damaged due to customer mishandling
Customized spa or décor items
Discounted or clearance items
Return Process

Provide order number, product name, and photos of the item and packaging.
Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipment.
Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
Note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged, broken, or defective items within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos for verification.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund depending on availability.
Claims after 24 hours will not be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee may apply in some cases to cover administrative costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items.
If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Canceled orders before dispatch receive a full refund within 3 business days.
Limitation of Liability
Zewalt Store is not responsible for:
Damage due to misuse after delivery
Returns lost or damaged during transit
Delays in refund processing caused by banks or payment providers
